When an international travel company asked its clients where they would most like to travel to after COVID restrictions were lifted, South Africa came out as the top destination. Almost half, however, said they would wait till 2021 to travel.
The company Tourlane, which sent out the survey in German, French, Dutch and English, got answers from almost 600 people. Just over half, 54 percent, said they would travel before the end of 2020, while the rest said they would wait until 2021.
The five top destinations chosen by the respondents were South Africa, New Zealand, Canada, Costa Rica and Namibia.
