Just in time for the reopening of travel after lockdown – we’ll be out there on the road soon! – check out Green Safaris’ newest intimate bush camp, in the heart of the magical Busanga Flood Plains in the north of the Zambia’s Kafue National Park.
Chisa Camp (aka The Nest) overlooks flood plains teeming with wildlife. The four suites have been built as tree-houses, in the shape of birds-nests, to blend in with nature (Chisa means birds nest in the local language)
Each nest offers complete privacy, says Chisa, and a bird’s-eye view of the plains, both from the inside and from the observation deck. All nests have indoor/outdoor showers. The boma overlooks the plains and has a plunge pool to cool down and relax, during the hottest months.
